The sound system, designed and integrated by AudioTechnik India️, was engineered to complement the gym’s dynamic environment, delivering powerful, uniform coverage across the Weights Zone, Spinning Room, and Group X Room. The system provides a well-calibrated acoustic environment that enhances motivation and energy without fatigue, ensuring every beat translates into movement and momentum.

The Bose AMU Multi-Use Loudspeaker Series was chosen for its high-output sound, exceptional vocal clarity, and rich musical depth. Its rotatable constant-directivity horn provides wide, even coverage, while the integrated 70/100V transformer ensures compatibility with distributed systems. With factory-optimized presets via Bose PowerShareX amplifiers, the system delivers peak performance, durability, and simplified installation—perfect for the demanding gym environment.

Challenges:

  • Achieving consistent SPL and frequency response across diverse zones.
  • Managing reflections from mirrors and glass while retaining intelligibility.
  • Maintaining headroom for both background and high-energy playback.
  • Integrating seamlessly within the gym’s modern aesthetic.

System Design & Implementation:

The distributed system, powered entirely by Bose Professional, ensures reliability, clarity, and efficiency. Loudspeakers were positioned for uniform coverage and precise tonal balance, while subwoofers were tuned for impactful yet controlled bass. Amplification is managed through Bose amplifiers, and routing/tuning via a Marani Audio DSP for limiter protection, preset configs, and EQ control. Each zone was calibrated for phase alignment, frequency coherence, and even SPL gradients.
